Virginia Hill
Singer/Songwriter

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Virginia Hill is a self taught guitarist, singer and songwriter.  She is a natural talent, whose musical passion began early in life and has continued to grow as the experiences of life have lead her to pour out her soul in music.

Virginia was raised in a family of talented musicians.  Virginia’s mom (Judy Buffum), sister (Tammy Trent) and great friend/sister (Pam Thum) all are successful recording artists and more importantly have been Godly role models.  

Virginia has a captivating and contagious high energy about her. Her music blends passion and heartfelt worship. She has a gift for creating an intimate atmosphere, making people feel comfortable as she shares her faith and trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ. She believes the calling on her life is to encourage unity among the body of Christ and reach the lost through the message of hope found in her lyrics and music.  Spending time with Virginia is like being with a long time friend. There is lots of laughter, encouragement and honesty.

Virginia has just completed her new CD, “LOL” (laugh out loud). This is her first full CD project and is currently available on Itunes, on her Website at www.virginiahill.net
and soon will be available in stores.

At Home you’ll often find Virginia with pen in hand, an open Bible and marked up pages of scrap paper, sitting with her guitar or at the piano writing new songs and words of life inspired by her Heavenly Father.

Virginia lives in the Chicago area and attends the Well Church in Geneva, IL.  She is married to her best friend Ken and is mom to her wonderful boys; Kenny and Kyle.
